Supplies need:
Measurements:
Base: cut 1 piece of cardstock to 4 1/4 x 11
Score base piece at 1 1/2 and 7
Inside slider: cut 1 pieces of cardstock to 4 3/4 x 3 1/4
Score at 1/2 inch from 1 end
Hat: cut 1 piece of cardstock to 4 1/4 x 4 1/4
Tassel: the embellishment of choice
Finished card is 7 3/4 x 6 inches
