Hi everyone, Happy Wednesday! Today we are making another Christmas card which is super cute!
For the textured part I used green tissue paper. I just crumbled it up and covered a piece of card stock. I really like the way it turned out. Here is a closer look at that:
Here are the supplies I used:
Tissue Paper
Here is how I put it together:
First, using the Cricut trimmer and bone folder, score the base of the card at 4.25, crease with bone folder and set aside. Use one of the white (4 x 5.25) pieces with green ink and stamp the snowflake all over to create a pattern. The other white (4 x 5.25) stamp the same snowflake on the bottom left and right corner (this is for the inside). For the white (2.75 x 2.75) piece, use the black ink and stamp both the snowman as shown above. Stamp the greeting and snowflakes with the same green ink. Stamp the Merry Christmas greeting on the inside piece (bottom center) with the black ink.
Using the Art Glitter Glue, adhere the white snowflake piece to the front and greeting piece to the inside. Glue the red (2.5 x 4.5) piece on top the white for the front of the card in the center but aligned on the left. Take tissue paper and crumble it up and then un-crumble it. Use this to cover the white (2.25 x 4.25) piece. Use scotch tape to hold in place. Adhere this down with glue on top of the red piece. Place foam squares on the back of the snowman greeting piece. I used the Wink Of Stella on the centers of all of the snowflakes to give them sparkle. Adhere greeting piece to the (3 x 3) red piece. Place more foam squares on the back only on the right half. Place Art Glitter Glue on the other half. Adhere this to the center of the card.
Hope you all have a Wonderful Wednesday. Hugs, Stacy ♥
