Cover: 9" x 9 1/4" score the 9"  side at 6 1/2" and 7 1/2"

1st Cover Pocket: 6 1/4" x 8 1/2" score at 3/4" on 6 1/4" side, turn score at 3/4" on the 8 1/2" side.

2nd Cover Pocket:  5 1/4" x 7 1/2" score at 3/4" on 5 1/4" side, turn score at 3/4" on the 7 1/2" side.

Top Cover Pocket:  5 1/2" x 3 1/4" score at 1/2"  on three sides.

Closure Flap:  4 1/2" x 9 1/4" score on the 4 1/2"side at 1" and 2" inches.

Pocket Right Side:  7" x 9 3/4" score on the 7"  side at 6 1/2" turn and score on the 9 3/4" side at 9 1/4"

Pocket Left Side: 6 1/2" x 9 1/4" no scores.

Pad Cover: 7" x 9 1/4" score on the 7"  side at 1/2" and 1" 

Pad Pocket:  5" x 10 1/4" score on the 10 1/4" side at 1/2" and 9 3/4"

Pad Top Pocket:  4 1/2" x 6" score at 1/2"  on 3 sides

Folder:  10" x 8 3/4" score at 4 3/4" 

Template: 1/2" x 5 3/4", fold in middle.
