Directions for Hat & Fringe:
- Use 2" Scallop punch to punch out a circle
- Isolate 3 scallops, beside each one cut down about 1/2"
- Then cut the nearest scallop to the cut across
- Roll the brim of the hat around a pen
- Ink edges if desired with Distress Ink in Vintage Photo
- Fold edge over on hat and glue down, do not flatten!
- For fringe: 2 pieces - 1 3/4" x 1/2" and snip edge on one side then ruffle up
- For the flower: 3/4" scallop punch, snip to the middle between one scallop, overlap two scallops and glue together
Directions for the Wrap:
- Cardstock cut to 6" x 1 3/4"
- Score in half at 3", use stub and scallop punch to make look like a ticket
