Quite possibly my FAVORITE THING I HAVE EVER MADE! 49 and Market Goes STAND UP!

Christmas in July!!! What another album?!?!?? Yes but this not any ordinary run of the mill album!!!! Maymay takes a 49 and Market plain album and turns it into the cutest little gingerbread house!!! She turns this album on it's end!!!!! 

So gather up those supplies and let's build a house! 

~~Measurements~~

Roof

Box top ~~ you will need a piece of thick cardstock that is cut to 9 1/2" x 4 1/2"  then score on the 9 1/2" side at 1  1/2" and at 8" then turn once and score on the shorter side at 1 /2" x 3" 

Angled Template Pieces ~~ you will need (2) pieces of cardstock cut to 7 1/4" x 2 1/2" you will then measure up from both ends  3/8" and make a pencil mark. (see the video for the cutting instructions) 

Box Top Mats ~~ you will need (1) piece of pattern paper cut to 1 1/4" x 6 1/4" for the top section and then you will need  (2)  pieces of pattern paper cut to 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" for the small ends 

Covers

Front and back covers ~~ you will need (2) pieces of paper pattern cut to approximately 6" x 8"  we always recommend that you measure your cover to get accurate measurements. 

Windows ~~ you will need (2) pieces of cardstock or pattern paper cut to 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" 

Window Panes ~~ you will need (8) pieces of cardstock or pattern paper cut to  1/2" x 1 /2"

Window Sills ~~ you will need (2) pieces of cardstock or pattern paper cut to 1/4" x 2" 

Door ~~ you will need (1) piece of cardstock or pattern paper cut to 1 7/8" x 3" 

Stoop ~~ you will need (1) piece of cardstock or pattern paper cut to  1/2" x 2 1/2"
