This card demonstrates how a circle punch or die can add a lot of interest to a card without a lot of extra work.

3 1/2” circle punch or die

Directions:
1 Cut background mat from Fireworks sheet at 4”x5 1/4” and adhere to A2 card base.
2 cut a one inch strip of star card stock and adhere about 1/2 up from the bottom of your mat.
3 With die or punch cut flower cut apart image into a circle Cut image so the bottom is flat
4 Cut a banner from the sheet of small flags.
5 Cut into a ribbon tail by first slicing up the middle and then cutting toward that middle slice from each end
6 adhere the ribbon tail to the top right of your circle, then adhere them centered on the card. Embellish with some bling. I used three blue sequins
