IG DT Project Created by Rhon Marquess
My 1st MMI IG DT design. Hope you like it.
Supply List:
1 sheet 110 lb white 8.5x11 cardstock

1 sheet Momenta Watercolor Splash 8x8 cardstock (pattern paper)

Cricut  paper trimmer

EK Tools scoreboard

EK Tools Bonefolder
Fiskars embossing tool
Fiskars scissors
Scrap paper
MMI Buggy Love stamp set
Hampton Art orange ink cube
Assorted acrylic blocks
Versafine Onyx Black ink
Gelly Roll Stardust clear sparkle pen
Sharpie Ultra Fine markers - orange & black
Stickles - silver & crystal
Art Glitter Glue
3D Foam squares

Directions:

Cut white cardstock in half with trimmer.
Scored at 5.5" each half, folded, creased with bone folder to create 2 A2 card bases.
Cut pattern paper with trimmer, 2 pieces 4x5.25" for mats.
Put mats on scrap piece of paper.
Used large & small butterfly from stamp set on small & medium acrylic blocks.
Used orange ink & stamped each butterfly randomly on & off mat to create background. Did same on 2nd mat using small & large dragonfly.
Used sparkle pen to outline all images' wings & antennae.
On scrap pattern paper (same as mat) stamp in black 1 large butterfly & 1 large dragonfly & fussy cut.
Used fingers, "lifted" wings for dimension.
Used black Sharpie to go around edges of fussy cut images.
Used black ink & 2 sentiments from same stamp set. Stamped each mat with sentiment.
Used AGG to put each mat on card base front.
Put small foam squares on back of fussy cut images only in center (so wings stay "lifted").
Place each piece on its coordinating mat (I chose next to sentiment).
Used silver Stickles to outline mounted images' wings & antennae (let dry).
Used crystal Stickles to make a few accent drops around on mat (let dry).
Used orange Sharpie to add signature on back of card base.
