Supply List:
White cardstock cut & scored to A2 card base + 3 1/8x1" + scrap
Red plaid paper 4x5.25" mat
Kraft cardstock scrap at least 3.25x2"
White doily
2 Tiny black pearls & 3 Tiny white pearls
Diamond gem
Red ribbon approximately 15"
Snowflake sticker or embellishment
Gelly Roll White gel pen
Gelly Roll Stardust sparkle pen
Red Sharpie

Directions:
1. Cut & score cardstock as listed above
2. On small, white strip, stamp sentiment in red
On white scrap, stamp small candy circles 3x in red
On inside of card base, stamp inside sentiment in black & candy circles in red
On kraft cardstock, stamp Ginger & Fred in black
3. Fussy cut Ginger & Fred
4. Use AGG & adhere plaid mat to card base front
Use AGG just around edges & adhere doily to top center of mat
5. Use white gel pen to make stitch lines around mat, Ginger, & Fred
Use white gel pen to trace over their hair, wrists, ankles, smiles, & dress hem
Then use sparkle pen to trace over their hair, wrists, ankles, smiles, & dress hem
Use red Sharpie to color spirals of candies to look like peppermints
Use red Sharpie to make stitch lines around sentiment strip & add signature to back of card
6. Use hole punch to cut out peppermints
7. Add foam squares to back of sentiment strip, Ginger, & Fred & adhere to doily
Cut foam square, add to backs of peppermints & adhere to sentiment strip
8. Use glue dot to adhere ribbon, wrap around & tie in bow to right side
9. Use AGG to adhere snowflake to center of ribbon & diamond to center of snowflake
Adhere black pearls to eyes & white pearls to buttons of Ginger & Fred
*We cut 8.5x11" cardstock in half to make A2 card base; so why not make 2? All our supplies are out anyway, right? Simple & easy 2 for 1! 😊

So dang cute, I love-love the doily background and the entire design. I agree and have never thought about it… “why not make two, all the supplies are out”… great tip. Thank you for sharing!
