My take on masculine birthday card challenge

Black card stock cut to A2 size card base + 3/4x3.25" piece
Textured red cardstock cut to 4x5.25" mat + 5/8x3 1/8" piece
Faded red cardstock cut to 2x4"
Newsprint pattern paper cut to 1x5.25"
Chalkboard cut out
Cream card stock cut to 4x5.25"
3 Wheel embellishments
2 Bronze brads
2 mini black flat back pearls
Versafine Onyx Black ink
Black soot Distress ink kit #3
Various acrylic blocks

3D Foam squares
Glue dots
White gel pen
Black Sharpie

Hole punch- crop-a-dial
Scotch Tape
Cut & score papers as listed above.
Stamp truck on faded red cardstock. Fussy cut & outline with black soot ink.
Use scotch tape & selectively ink sentiments. Stamp on small red piece.
Stamp inside sentiments on cream paper.
Use black Sharpie to make stitch lines around red mat, red sentiment piece, & cream mat.
Punch holes in top corners of red mat. Insert brads, fold down backing, & secure with glue dots.
Glue red mat to front of card base.
Glue newsprint piece 7/8" front bottom of mat.
Glue chalkboard center of mat on a diagonal.
Glue cream mat inside.
Glue red sentiment piece to black banner piece.
Add foam squares to wheels, truck, & sentiment banner. Arrange on card front.
Glue pearls to either side of sentiment.
Use white gel pen to add signature to back of card.
I really like this truck. It goes with so many ideas.
