Can’t cut a straight line to save your life?  LET ME HELP!

So many of use have a hate/ love relationship with our trimmer....

Maymay addresses your most common complaints and gives us some great tips!

 

 

Tips: 

  1.  Get to know your trimmer
  2. Use the extending are for those longer measurements
  3. Use the stop bar for a better cut
  4. Know how to read the ruler
  5. Use the grid to help line up the cardstock
  6. Make sure the feet are fully touching the work surface
  7. Use the cutting guide arm ruler
  8. Using the right hand ruler
  9. Use tape to mark a specific measurement
  10. Clean out the cut track
  11. Use both sides of the blade for good cuts. We suggest that you use one trimmer for paper/cardstock and another for chipboard and glitter papers
  12. Sink the blade for those diagonal or tricky cuts
  13. CONSISTENCY
