I am sure you can see that I am in love with this punch board and I have merged it with my love of paper purses! I hope you guys are liking this series, I made this purse the size to hold A2 size greeting cards so that you could make them as gifts for your friends.
Top Tip! You don't need the punch board to make this guy! You can just score and hand cut angled cuts for the spots the board punches.
I want to see your recreations! Share them with us on our Facebook group Maymay Made It and So Did I.
Also, be sure to check out my friend Gareth's store for those cute little buckle embellishments. They are so darling!
Measurements:
Start with a piece of cardstock measuring 12 x 8 1/2 inches.
Score that piece on the 12 inch side at 1 3/8, 5, 7, 10 5/8 turn the page and score at 1 3/8 and 7 1/8.
For the mat pieces you will need 2, 5 1/2 x 3 1/2 pieces for front and back. 2 pieces to mat the flaps that measure 1 3/4 x 5 1/2.
Handles are 1 inch, if you mat a piece on top like I did, just cut two pieces at 1 x 12 inches and then border punch the top piece.
Have fun making your paper purse and use that punch board, make it earn it's keep in your craft stash!
Keep it crafty!

I never tire of your videos. In fact, my 4 yr old grandson asks every morning if we can watch a “card making show”. Keep the great ideas coming. You are a blessing to so many.
